AG & BUSINESS BANKER – Full-Time in Cresco

Our Cresco Ag & Business Banker department is growing, and we are adding a full-time Ag & Business Banker to join our team! As an Ag & Business Banker, you will examine, evaluate, and authorize/recommend the approval of customer applications for loans. You would also be responsible for a loan portfolio of $15mm-$25mm. A successful candidate will be comfortable with sales and generating new loan volume for the bank. This position is responsible for helping the bank attract new customers and deepen relationships with existing customers through community involvement, and participation in the bank's customer service and sales/referral efforts.
